1. ELIGIBILITY: The David Christopher's Inc. Gift Card Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the 50 United States. Void where prohibited. Must be of legal age of majority in state of residence (18+, 19+ in AL/NE, 21+ in MS).. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Void where prohibited.
2. SPONSOR: David Christopher's Inc., 103 S Atlanta Avenue, Sheffield, Alabama 35660.
3. AGREEMENT TO RULES: By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein.
4. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: Entries will be accepted starting on September 1, 2026, at 12:00 AM CDT and ending on September 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM CDT (the "Sweepstakes Period").
5. HOW TO ENTER:
- Method 1: Automatic Entry via Order. You will receive one (1) entry automatically into the Sweepstakes by placing any order with David Christopher's Inc. during the Sweepstakes Period.
- Method 2: Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE). To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your name, complete mailing address, phone number, and email address on a 3x5 index card and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to: David Christopher's Inc., Attn: Gift Card Sweepstakes Entry, 103 S Atlanta Avenue, Sheffield, Alabama 35660. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by September 30, 2026, and received no later than October 5, 2026, to be eligible for the drawing.
- Limit: There is a limit of one (1) mail in entry per person. Multiple mailed entries from the same individual will be disqualified.
6. PRIZES AND ODDS:
- Two (2) Grand Prize winners will receive a $500 David Christopher's Inc. gift card.
- Five (5) Secondary Prize winners will each receive a $100 David Christopher's Inc. gift card.
- Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of all prizes: $1,500.
- Cash or other prize substitution is not permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prizes are non-transferable. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Winners will be selected by October 6, 2026 (to allow time for all eligible mail-in entries to arrive) in a series of random drawings from among all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified via email within five (5) business days of the drawing. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim the prize within seven (7) days from the time notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
8. GENERAL TERMS & LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, and employees from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
