Return Policy

All return-related issues should be submitted through the Returns Center located on our website. Emailing us your issue could slow down the issues as a lot of emails can be lost/sent to junk. If items are mailed back to us beyond the 14 day return window without submitting a request at the Returns Center, we will not be able to refund you for the items.

Online Purchases

Once you receive your order, you have 14 days to return your items in like-new condition with original tags in place. Please note that items sold at 50% off or more are non-returnable.

Our merchandise is not refundable/returnable after December 14 of each year. This limitation is associated with the holiday season, and we provide this information to offer clarity to our customers.

Once we receive the item(s), we will refund your money (for the product only and not the shipping) within 5-7 business days in the amount of the item that was purchased. We are unable to cover return shipping costs at this time. We suggest customers insure packages mailed back to us if the contents are over $50.

If an order arrives with a missing, damaged, or incorrect item, please report it to within 14 days of receiving your order and we will investigate your claim. Please keep all packaging materials.

We want to ensure you have a wonderful experience shopping with us. Please know we strive to package your items as best as possible, but sometimes mistakes/accidents happen during shipping. We do our best to make sure this does not happen frequently. If your products are damaged during transit, we know that is not the customer's fault, and it shouldn't require a lot of the customer's time and energy. We strive to make the experience as easy as possible.

In Store Purchases

Customers have 30 days to exchange or return an item purchased in one of our brick and mortar stores with an original receipt of purchase. Items must be returned in like new condition, free of odors, smells and with original tags in place. 

Items purchased at 50% off or more are FINAL SALE items and may not be exchanged/returned. Christmas items can't be returned/exchanged after December 14th of each year. Other seasonal merchandise can't be returned/exchanged after the holiday has passed. 

Customers have 14 days to report an item as missing or damaged. We apologize, but after 14 days, a lot of things happen, and we aren't able to go back in our system and find a purchase. 

Once  we receive the item(s), we will refund your money within 5-7 business days in the amount of the item that was purchased.
