Return Policy

In Store Purchases: 

Shoppers have 30 days to exchange or return an item purchased in one of our brick and mortar stores. Items purchased at 50% off or more are FINAL SALE items and may not be exchanged/returned. The items must be returned in like new condition, free of odors and smells, with tags in place as well as with a receipt of original purchase. 

Christmas items can't be returned/exchanged after December 14th of each year. Other seasonal merchandise can't be returned/exchanged after the holiday has passed. 

Online Purchases: 

Once you receive your order, you have 14 days to return your items in like new condition with original tags in place. Please note that items sold at 50% off or more are non-returnable. Seasonal merchandise is not refundable/returnable after December 14, 2022.  To initiate the refund you must complete the Return Authorization Request Form in order to receive an Authorization Code for your return. The form can be found at the bottom of this page.  We are unable to provide authorization codes via phone call. After confirmation, items must be mailed back to: David Christopher's | 103 S ATLANTA AVE | SHEFFIELD | ALABAMA | 35660.  Please include the packing list or copy of your order with the order number. The authorization number must be written on the outside of the box. Once we receive the item(s), we will refund your money (for the product only and not the shipping) within 5-7 business days in the amount of the item that was purchased. We are unable to cover return shipping costs at this time. We suggest customers insure packages mailed back to us if the contents are over $50. 

If an item is damaged upon receiving, we ask that you kindly email us a picture to and we will investigate your claim. Please keep all packaging materials. 

We want to ensure you have a wonderful experience shopping with us. Please know we strive to package your items as best as possible, but sometimes mistakes/accidents happen during shipping. We do our best to make sure this does not happen frequently. If your products are damaged during transit, we know that is not the customer's fault, and it shouldn't require a lot of the customer's time and energy. We strive to make the experience as easy as possible.
