Return Policy
Online Purchases:
Once you receive your order, you have 14 days to return your items in like-new condition with original tags in place. Please note that items sold at 50% off or more are non-returnable. Please contact us at shop@davidchristophers.com before returning your merchandise. If you do not receive prior authorization, a refund may not be given.
Our merchandise is not refundable/returnable after December 14 of each year. This limitation is associated with the holiday season, and we provide this information to offer clarity to our customers.
Once we receive the item(s), we will refund your money (for the product only and not the shipping) within 5-7 business days in the amount of the item that was purchased. We are unable to cover return shipping costs at this time. We suggest customers insure packages mailed back to us if the contents are over $50.
Deduction for Free Shipping: If you return any item(s) from an order that originally qualified for and received Free Shipping, the cost we incurred to ship the order to you (our actual shipping expense) will be deducted from your refund.
- This deduction applies regardless of the final remaining value of the order.
If you return your entire order and received free shipping, you will be refunded what you paid for your order minus what the company incurred to ship the order to you.
Example #1 (partial return with free shipping) :
- You place a $75 order and receive Free Shipping (our actual shipping cost was $10).
- You return a $20 item.
- Your Refund Calculation: $20 (item cost) MINUS $10 (original outbound shipping cost) = $10.00 refund.
Example #2 (full return with free shipping):

You place a $75 order and receive Free Shipping (our actual shipping cost was $10) - You return the entire order.
- Your Refund Calculation: $75 (total order) minus $10 (our actual shipping cost) = $65 refund

If you have an issue with your order, please report it to shipping@davidchristophers.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we will investigate your claim. Please keep all packaging materials.
We want to ensure you have a wonderful experience shopping with us. Please know we strive to package your items as best as possible, but sometimes mistakes/accidents happen during shipping. We do our best to make sure this does not happen frequently. If your products are damaged during transit, we know that is not the customer's fault, and it shouldn't require a lot of the customer's time and energy. We strive to make the experience as easy as possible.
If the customer enters the wrong shipping address and doesn't receive the product, the company isn't responsible for this mistake. If the customer enters the wrong address and the order is returned to our warehouse, the customer will have to pay for the shipping of the product again to the correct address.

Lost or Missing Packages:
If your order hasn't arrived in a timely manner, please keep in mind our company must follow the carrier's processes and procedures for filing a claim. Refer to each carrier's website for policies regarding when a package can be reported as lost or missing. If we reship your product and the original package shows up, the customer will be responsible for shipping the original package back to us or paying for the original package.
If the order was delivered to the correct address, but you are unable to locate it. (Example, someone took it from your porch), you will need to file this claim with the carrier. David Christopher's is not responsible for stolen packages.
In Store Purchases:
All sales are final.
Customers have 3 days to report an error on their receipt, an item as missing from their order or damaged. We apologize, but after 3 days, a lot of things happen, and we aren't able to go back in our system and find a purchase. Customers may exchange the damaged item for the same item.
