Collaboration Request Form

We are excited you want to partner with David Christopher's. Please keep in mind that we receive a lot of collaboration requests and aren't able to partner with everyone. But you are always welcome to submit a request for the next year when we open up our Collaboration Form. Our collaborations depend on our availability of items and how quickly you may need them. 

Please note, due to the increased shipping rates, all Collaborators must pay the shipping charges on the items we send. 

 

We ask that our items not be mixed with other brands (except your base such as a Christmas tree or wreath base) as we don't want to cause brand confusion.
